This role is responsible for the management of the new connections and customer project process and ensuring my client provides exceptional customer service relating to customer connection activities within the power industry.
This includes the on-time, on-budget delivery of new connections and customer projects, including collaborative standards based design, the production of high quality construction documentation as well as financial management and reporting of individual projects and the overall programme.
A key aspect of this role is providing a very high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, developing stakeholder relationships, the structured management of multiple jobs within agreed service levels, effective record keeping and reporting.
Attention to detail and a desire to ‘go the extra mile’ for customers is essential.
This is a technically challenging management role but you will need to be savvy, charismatic and genuine in your engagement abilities, you will answer to many people on a range of projects. Your team is responsible for delivering customer solutions and you making sure their obligations are met,
